JOB DESCRIPTION

Build, maintain and manage professional relationships with healthcare professionals within their designated region.

Execute commercial strategies to drive growth according to the strategic and tactical sales plan

Manage daily cold and warm virtual call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product education.

Input all HCP`s interactions in company`s software platform(s).

Maintain call productivity and metrics that are set by business unit.

Profile and manage targeted list of HCP`s and provide value education to grow product and disease awareness.

In partnership with marketing, provide input to develop commercial materials to support strategic efforts.

Maintain thorough knowledge of product, disease, and programs (medications within the disease state).

Attend and engage with customers at 2-3 national conferences each year.

Perform special projects and assignments as directed by leadership.

Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.

Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Biocodex policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor`s degree BA/BS from an accredited College or University is required

3 years of successful sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare space, including virtual/remote interaction

Inside sales experience is preferred

Self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and thrives on challenge

Proven track record of HCP and account sales

Excellent, interpersonal communication, digital presence, and virtual presentation skills are required

Ability to network and partner with industry leaders, HCPs, large group practices, medical directors, pharmacy directors, disease foundation leaders is preferred

Must have the ability to gain HCP feedback, uncover business opportunities for company and pair HCPs unmet needs with available internal resources

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Salesforce or Veeva, and Marketing Cloud

Must be a strong team player and effectively interface with other internal departments, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Clinical Development, Patient Access, Marketing, Regulatory/Compliance and Human Resources
