Seeking Process Instrumentation Manager to lead team of 15 - 20 Engineers and Technicians in developing customized automation systems including PLC, HMI and DCS Opportunity to drive success and make an impact in healthcare, pharmaceutical or food industries Highly visible to Executive Leadership in meetings to present status and vision....who are on the same page to effect change. Key partner in Engineering Leadership working closely with Project and Product Engineering teams as well as Operations identifying problems and developing solutions from R&D through assembly and systems installations. 20% planned travel - its your team that handles the emergencies and troubleshooting or installations. QUALIFICATIONS BS Engineering with additional Business Management training Experience in automation engineering involving customized machine control hardware/software integration in process plant environment. Hands on programming in PLC, HMI or DCS. Financial acumen in developing budgets, estimates, proposals. Training and certifications in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
