Reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager you will act as an individual contributor on a growing team. The Marketing Project Manager will be at the center of all our campaigns and marketing projects, driving growth, a consistent customer experience, and company brand awareness. Youll play a mission-critical role to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and on brand. Specializing in collaboration across internal teams - marketing, product, technology, compliance - and with external vendors to create a seamless workflow. Collaborate with marketing channel leads, design team, and external vendors to schedule and prioritize a high volume of often time-sensitive projects, campaigns, and deliverables Work closely with legal and compliance teams to coordinate review and revisions, document and manage version history, and provide transparency into the review process for all marketing materials. Gathering and providing materials to respond to ad hoc compliance audits and due diligence requests. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to manage the delivery of direct mail, email, content, and integrated campaign (e.g. search, display, social) deliverables. Including stakeholders from creative, product, compliance, executive team, and vendors. Engage in ongoing review of project management and workflow processes, working to continuously improve ease of use and efficiency Document project details, including risks, timeline, and requirements specifications Develop and implement production schedules for materials in accordance with the marketing calendar Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks, progress to core team and key partners QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS Degree 4+ years of experience in marketing and/or project management Comfortable both building and managing workflows - with an aptitude for process improvement ? Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills Proficient in a project management software (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.) Results/outcomes oriented - believer in data-driven decision making Priority given to those with experience working in a highly regulated industries such as insurance or financial services Demonstrated success managing a variety of marketing channels and/or integrated marketing campaigns Extensive experience managing complex business projects with a large number of stakeholders Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with employees at all levels of the business Experience with Agile marketing practices such as Scrum or Kanban Startup experience also a plus Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
