JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Duties & Qualifications

The Digital Marketing Director will participate in creation of the strategic vision for the digital marketing strategy and will be expected to manage the financial metrics involved in acquiring new clients via digital advertising for the company. The Director will be asked to regularly produce clear and understandable lead funnel reporting and possess a strong ability to translate this critical information into business speak that the executive team can digest. The position will report directly to company president.

Specific Duties to include:

  • Translating a vision for online marketing into a coherent digital marketing strategy
  • Developing and executing an integrated online strategy with wider company marketing plans
  • Executing said strategies working with various contractors and suppliers of company
  • Enhancing lead generation (client appointments) by increasing web, mobile and social visibility, and traffic
  • Using PPC, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums, and other social media experience to generate leads
  • Using contextual or advertorial advertising techniques
  • Understanding analytics and measuring ROI and translating this information into effective executive decision-making reporting Increase brand awareness
  • Making sure the digital marketing plan is in alignment with approved budgets and managing all financial aspects of the digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing plan and performance using KPIs such as customer acquisition costs and customer life value
  • Working with the leadership team to develop an overall lead generation plan
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Digital Marketing or similar
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of digital marketing experience creating, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns
  • Ability to carry out all digital functions; web, mobile, social, SEM, PPC, SEO
  • Strong communicator and team player with an outgoing personality
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing a digital advertising budget
  • Experience and understanding of the concepts of a lead funnel, Customer acquisition cost and Customer Lifetime value

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
