***EMPLOYER LOOKING TO HIRE BEFORE FALL 2021*** ABOUT EMPLOYER: This is a solid, well-established Agronomy Service and Sales organization located in a beautiful area within Eastern Nebraska. They offer a "one-stop-shop" for all of their customer`s Agricultural needs. They offer competitive products and equipment. They are a family-friendly organization and take good care of their employees, many of whom retire from their organization. They are willing to Train/Mentor an area Ag individual looking to jump from farm or agronomy operations to sales. This Eastern Nebraska Ag Retailer looking to immediately hire an Agronomy Sales individual. If you would enjoy working closely with an established Ag grower base to promote Crop Inputs, this is the opportunity for you. Other duties to include: - Assisting with fertility and precision planting test plots - Assisting with delivery of Fertilizer to Ag growers, as needed - Helping out with the Agronomy operation, as needed Individual must be willing to work extended hours during busy Agronomy season. Good references will be required. Compensation Plan to include: - Base Salary of $55-75K, depending on experience - Performance-based bonus - Company Vehicle Provided - Travel Expense Paid/Reimbursed - Health Insurance - 401(k) Retirement - Computer Provided - Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave QUALIFICATIONS - Farm background - Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; but not required - Minimum 2 years proven Agronomy Sales experience - Working knowledge of corn and soybean production and crop inputs - Previous Ag Sales preferred but not required - Employer will train - Customer-focused with ability to speak comfortably with farmer - Experience with Precision Ag products or systems beneficial - Good driving record with Class A CDL or ability to obtain - Computer proficient - Currently residing in Eastern Nebraska or looking to relocate to this area Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
