JOB DESCRIPTION

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:
Planning, developing, directing and evaluating the Banks fiscal function and performance.
Participating in the development of the Banks plans and programs as a strategic partner.
Evaluate long range planning, new programs/strategies, regulatory actions and provide insight and advice.
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports; identify financial trends to provide to the Senior Executive team and BOD for strategic analysis.
Enhance, develop, implement and support policies and procedures that will provide continuous process improvement for overall operational effectiveness of the Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the CFO position include:
Bachelors degree in business or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years experience in a financial institution.
Minimum 5 years experience in a senior management role with a financial institution.

Preferred qualifications include:
Previous experience in organizational development, team member management, as well as budget and resource development.
Excellent people skills that provide transparency and collaboration when working with a dynamic leadership team.
A high level of integrity, credibility and a commitment to the Banks mission.
Multitasking capabilities in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment that drives for clarity and solutions.
