Our client is a growing, global weight management company operating thousands of clinics in multiple countries. Their goal is to empower users to manage weight loss and combat global obesity. Our client partners with medical professionals to help individuals educate and understand how to eat smarter.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to be based in Long Island, New York. This is a pure hunting position where the individual prospects independent clinics and pharmacies to utilize the companys weight management protocol and distribute their branded products.

We are looking for junior to intermediate level candidates with proven business development experience. Candidates will have experience knocking on doors and generating leads. He or she must be comfortable with building sales through cold-calling and prospecting. Regional Sales Directors will be rewarded based on their results and commission is uncapped. Candidates must be health-oriented and have a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle. Experience selling within the medical industry is not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create a pipeline of sales opportunities, developing a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.

Prospect, identify and follow-up on sales opportunities.

Create and build relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other key stakeholders.

Educate potential customers about the companys brand, proven results and methodology.

Report and document sales statistics and activities.

Perform market research to identify new opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of lead generation, prospecting and cold calling experience.

Strong sales and business development experience.

Consistently a high achiever and motivated by producing results with an uncapped commission plan.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Assertive, self-starter, competitive.

Passionate about selling health-related products and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
