--- Develop and implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plan (PPM), in cooperation with maintenance management. Continuously optimize the PPM, achieving maximum availability of the plant against the lowest costs. QUALIFICATIONS
--- Propose and initiate solutions to eliminate actual and potential equipment performance failures and cost drivers for maintenance, production, business, etc.
--- Recommend and implement multi-disciplined projects to support equipment and facilities maintenance including mechanical, chemical, electrical and civil.
--- Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMECA (Failure Mode & Effect Criticality Analysis).
--- Monitor and analyze repetitive maintenance problems. Determine the root cause for equipment failures and initiate equipment or procedural changes to correct the problem.
--- Interact with Maintenance and Technicians on a regular basis to ensure effective communication of production and compliance related changes in procedures. Conduct formalized training for operative/craft personnel as necessary.
--- Responsible for life cycle of electrical and instrumentation components, review specifications of equipment and spare parts and recommend replacement for obsolete parts, following change control.
--- Develop plans to reduce COGS by continuously improving efficiencies, processing times, reducing labor and material costs, reducing maintenance costs and controlling expense budgets.
--- Promote waste reduction and recovery projects and incorporate associated operations in applicable manufacturing processes.
--- Will supervise contractors.
--- BS in Engineering with 5+ years of process industry experience with reliability / maintenance practices for equipment installation, preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
--- Diversified knowledge of multiple engineering specialties - including mechanical, chemical, electrical and civil.
--- Experience with predictive maintenance; Vibration analysis, Thermography, Oil analysis, Ultrasonic Leak Detection, Motor Circuit Analysis utilizing RCA and FMEA.
--- Experience managing plant level projects - meeting deadlines/budgets and driving projects to closure.
--- Experience using SAP PM
