You will shoulder and report directly to COO with dotted line to the President. Knowledge and experience to enhance growing demand, advise and develop the process for improvement and the skill to facilitate and implement. Ability to speak to a decision. Communicate findings and plans to senior executives on how and why in order to achieve and accomplish goals. You will be a key leader within a strong team! Collaborative style within a work hard, play hard; family-oriented culture will spell success!.

Understand Consumer Product manufacturing capacity and how it affects inventory for big box rtailer

Scheduling weekly replenishment orders

International supply chain experience and strong knowledge of factory capabilities and factory capacity planning

The connection and combination of the key drivers that must be incorporated into supply chain processes in order to ensure the fulfillment of that value promise to customers.

Market demand, seasonal trends, warehousing, anticipation of the need to store additional product during high-demand periods.

Strong innovation and creativity

Strategic and analytical thinking

Supply chain for retail consumer products

MRP experience required

APICS Certification a plus


Here`s what we need if you`re ready to make a significant mark in your career.

  • 4-year degree - Supply Chain, Business or Operations
  • Understand Consumer Product manufacturing capacity, and how it affects inventory for big-box retailers.
  • Scheduling of weekly replenishment orders.
  • International supply chain experience
  • Strong knowledge of factory capabilities and how this factors into capacity planning.
  • PCBA and assembly a plus!
  • Licensed product a plus.
  • Experience with MRP systems
  • Selected and/or implemented MRP system a plus.
  • Understand retail preferably from the perspective of companies who sell to/through retail, big box desirable.
  • Have an understanding of seasonality in retail.

University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
