Our banking client is currently seeking a Crisis Management - Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Crisis Management - Program Manager:

  1. Assist with building the CM program, using industry best practices for crisis/incident management
  2. Facilitates risk assessments to evaluate potential threats to business viability and associated risks, and reports to management
  3. Creates and maintains business continuity plans
  4. Acts as a vital member of Crisis Management Team and assists with incident response by following the internal plans, policies, and procedures
  5. Conducts business impact analyses to identify time-sensitive business units/processes; can understand analysis and results to create and deliver management reports to key stakeholders
  6. Documents procedures, training materials, and policies, as assigned
  7. Assists in preparation for audit events
  8. Develops mission critical strategies for crisis and incident management
  9. Works with other business groups during incidents
QUALIFICATIONS

Crisis Management - Program Manager

  1. Crisis Management experience required
  2. Bachelors degree
  3. Banking experience a plus but not required
  4. BC-DR Certification is strongly desired (ABCP, CFCP, CBCP, MBCP, CBCI, AMBCI, SBCI, MBCI, and/or DRCE)
  5. A minimum of four years of experience in a Business Continuity and/or related area
  6. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; this will be assessed during the interview process
  7. Established proficiency in following instructions, problem solving, proof reading, quality assurance, analytical skills, and MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, Project)
