Our client, a prestigious mutual fund company, is looking to hire a IT Support Analyst in their Greenwich, CT office. This position will report into the Manager of End User Services and will provide desktop, mobile, and end user support services encompassing a wide variety of hardware and software applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a prestigious mutual fund company, is looking to hire a IT Support Analyst in their Greenwich, CT office. This position will report into the Manager of End User Services and will provide desktop, mobile, and end user support services encompassing a wide variety of hardware and software applications.

  • Primary support for desktop, phones, mobile devices, VPN, Citrix Receiver, Office and desktop applications, wireless connectivity, video conferencing, etc.
  • Mobile device management
  • Network and end user documentation
  • Provide remote assistance for facilities and office space management
  • Vendor and service provider management
  • Develop, organize and maintain standard operational procedures for domestic and global sites
  • Provide inventory management and procurement for supplies, equipment, and accessories
  • Conduct IT orientation and onboarding
  • Document, track and monitor progress on issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in 24/7 support and extended support hours where necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of IT support experience in a complex, fast paced environment (financial services strongly preferred)
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) with previous client facing experience
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Exceptional customer service mentality
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Desktop Technologies (Windows 7, 8.x, 10, and Office 20XX)
  • Experience with desktop, laptop, Citrix, and Active Directory environments
  • Strong knowledge with MAC OS, iOS and mobile technologies
  • Experience with deploying and supporting O/S migrations and introducing new technology
  • Image builds experience using Ghost/VMWare or similar technologies
  • Microsoft SCCM, LANDest, LabTech, VBScript and PowerShell

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
