JOB DESCRIPTION

Based out of the corporate office, this person will provide technical support and expertise to support manufacturing and business goals.

Will travel to sites across North America with occasional international travel. (Approximately 25%)

Responsibilities include process optimization and troubleshooting, equipment troubleshooting; review and support of major capital projects and leadership of continuous improvement teams. This will include the FEL of major capital projects including engineering studies, equipment specifications, design review, installation, ensuring compliance with safety and other regulatory issue`s, start up and troubleshooting and optimization.

Work with the plants as well as outside engineering firms to provide technical assistance for the planning and execution of capital projects.

Provide technical leadership to teams as well as mentoring and training younger engineers to improve their engineering and project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) with 10+ years of industry experience.

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment with engineering and project execution.

Should have experience in the Corn Milling industry.

Should have a higher level of technical expertise and the ability to solve complex technical problems in a plant setting.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Able to travel up to 25% of the time nationwide with occasional international travel.

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
