We are looking for a Customer Service Manager - Manufacturing with the primary responsibility of managing all departments of the customer service organization (Contact Center/Field intervention/Workshop/Sales/Training). JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will develop the sales of the whole range of services (Spare Parts, intervention, contracts, service offers). He/she will lead the team to ensure the maximum implementation. They will also carry out its objective of Turnover and margin while satisfying their customers. This candidate will also build the Action Plan for Services according to the objectives of the company as well as controlling their costs in line with the Budget. They will also take all necessary actions to ensure full customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for customer satisfaction of their area, profitability of his department (develop business & reaching budget figures), brand image of the company within the framework of its responsibilities and performance of his team.
- Bachelors in Engineering or Equivalent Technical Degree
- 7+ years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- 3-5 years Management experience
- Strong People Management Skills
- Strong Leadership, Organizational and Technology Skills
