Treasury Management Solutions Sales and Business Development Officer

This very stable bank is actively growing across mutliple product platforms anda truly outstanding career opportunity for a traditional banker who seeks professional satisfaction, autonomy and empowerment.


  1. Responsible for generating Treasury Management revenue for assigned solution sets within assigned territories.
  2. Working closely with all Bank RMs to identify solutions to support the needs of clients and prospects.
  3. Responsible for involvement in sales planning, marketing initiatives, and product development/enhancement deployment. Develops detailed understanding about a clients financial and operational processes, key decision criteria, technology, and the competition in support of delivering powerful proposals and presentations resulting in winning new business.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in assigned Treasury Management solutions.
  5. Develop and execute plan to achieve revenue goal.
  6. Assist the TMOs and RMs on Treasury Management opportunities including solution development and pricing recommendations.
  7. Act as liaison between the TMO, Product, Operations and IT to define and present the best solution to the client.
  8. Have detailed understanding of how solutions impact the clients working capital.
  9. Ability to match client needs with bank solutions and to articulate the solutions to clients.
  10. Provide business process consultation to clients and prospects to identify opportunities.
  11. Identify opportunities to broaden product feature/functionality based on market and competitive intelligence.
  12. Maintain and enhance industry knowledge via conferences, industry periodicals, market segment studies, focus groups, etc.
  13. Create bank brand awareness through speaking at industry forums.
  14. Demonstrate all key TM solutions to clients.
  15. Maintain Standard RFP responses.
  16. Maintain pipeline to support financial and resource forecasting.
  17. Identify opportunities in Sales pipeline and manage then through closure.

Treasury Management Solutions Sales and Business Development Officer

  1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  2. Four or more years of Treasury Management experience with a focus in Sales and/or Product (Commerical Card) Management required.
  3. Thorough understanding of how Treasury Management solutions help clients improve working capital.
  4. Ability to consult with clients to identify opportunities.
  5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office tools.

University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
