Civil / Structrual Engineer

Our client is a multi-disciplined engineering firm with offices in several locations across the Gulf Coast. They specialize in industrial marine projects with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineers on staff.

For over 40 years their principal clients have been major oil and chemical companies, liquid bulk and LNG terminal companies in addition to construction companies and port authorities. They are experts in all facets of marine terminal design for liquids, grain, other dry bulk products and general cargo.

Due to a growing clientele and project load, they have a direct-hire need for a Civil/Structural Engineer with the following skills:

  • BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • At least 5 years (most likely more) experience with project/design in the industrial/inland marine work
  • PE license preferred (or willing to get it)
  • A history of managing or helping to manage medium to large engineering projects
  • The ability to effectively interact with other engineering disciplines and customers in the company
  • A commitment to working in the Beaumont office area
