We are currently on a hunt for an IT Support Analyst to join our team in Boston JOB DESCRIPTION
Here are exiting responsibilities.
- Provide Tier 1 support in a call center environment with the goal of first contact resolution
- Support both remote and local users in a heterogeneous technology environment.
- Support installation and configuration of various software including Citrix, Avaya/Global Protect VPN, CRM and Proprietary Systems.
- Create Distribution Lists and Shared Mailboxes through Exchange/Office 365. Adding appropriate "Send As permissions as necessary as well as managing user access.
- Participate in global and regional project teams as needed.
We would love to hear from you if :
- You have 2+ years of experience in phone-based IT support experience.
- You have Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- You have ITIL v3 Certification or MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or CompTIA A+.
University - Associate`s Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
