Are you a leader with the ability to empower employees for success? This position provides an opportunity to work with an established residential services business. While the organization is highly successful, they are looking for a General Manager who can drive growth through design of efficiencies and pursuit of new market opportunities. JOB DESCRIPTION
Specifically, we expect this individual will:
Develop a medium and long-term strategy for the business encompassing all aspects of the customer experience (including customer acquisition, operations, delivery, support and follow up), employee engagement, development and retention, and overall business growth.
As a part of the strategy, develop the scenarios for how to continue to size and scope the business going forward and manage any potential risks.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational excellence while continuing to support growth of the business. Continuously evaluate structure and processes, driving ongoing innovation to improve operational effectiveness. This includes the processes impacting people, logistics (including warehouses) and operations.
Identifying new market opportunities, whether through new channels, new products, or further penetration of existing markets.
Ensure that the culture and people both direct employees and contractors are meeting and exceeding the values and expectations of outstanding performance.
Strategically ensure the business is continuously resourced appropriately, including that the right resources are on board, and in the right place and the right time.
Constantly track NPS and customer ratings, driving innovation to continually evolve all aspects of the customer experience with the goal of achieving 100% customer delight.
Provide outstanding leadership and management to the organization, ensuring there is a clear understanding of strategy, that employee engagement, and service quality remain extremely high, and that continued growth does not jeopardize the specialness of the organization, its culture and its values.
Work closely with the Owners leadership to ensure that organization is meeting their overall needs and expectations, as well as ideally contributing in terms of innovation, efficiency and results.

Are you up for the challenge? This position requires someone that has the proven ability to be a strategic change agent within an organization. The successful candidate must be passionate about the customer experience and be able to deliver industry leading customer service both personally and organizationally. A history of delivering top and bottom line growth is critical to success in this role. Minimally, you should have a Bachelors degree and at least 15 years of similar experience in a direct-to-consumer business. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.
