Solution Sales Manager(Outside Sales) is an opportunity in the growing environmental services and renewable energy. A successful SSM will be selling a wide array of clean environmental services including waste management, chemical services, transportation, industrial field service and waste disposal and zero waste-to-landfill services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify top prospects through industry research

  • Find contact information and maintain in CRM

  • Work hand in hand with marketing to create marketing message and materials that best convey value proposition

  • Create sales reporting to manage pipeline and uncover opportunities

  • Attend industry leading networking events to generate leads and become brand ambassador

  • Stimulate interest and book new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the environmental industry including but not limited to:

    • Sustainability programs

    • Transportation Services

    • Chemical Sales

    • Hazardous material handling services

    • Safety Services

  • Knowledge of waste management, water treatment/waste streams, recycling and a passion for environmental and green initiatives

  • Minimum 5 years experience

  • Hybrid Account Management/Business Development--manage accounts and grow book of business

  • Process oriented with technological aptitude(CRM expertise--big plus)

  • Start-up mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and team player

  • Quick thinker and problem solver

  • Great communicator, active listening skills and engaging

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize

  • Bachelors Degree

  • OTE $120k+

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
