THE OPPORTUNITY: Our client is looking for a Project Manager with 5-10 years of construction or ice rink project management experience, to join and oversee their team of professional engineers, technicians and designers. JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
-Ideally, experience in project management of Ice Rink Refrigeration projects that are on time and on budget
-Have assisted stakeholders in the preparation, critical path schedules and quality control programs
-Planned, coordinated and managed effectively all labour, material and equipment to meet the established budget, schedule and scope of the projects.
-Fully understand and are familiar with all contract drawings and specifications, with an acute ability to identify any errors, changes, omissions, cost-saving measures or potential construction issues
-Minimum 5-10 years of mechanical or refrigeration industry experience, ideally with ice rink installation experience
-Technical training in mechanical engineering, with construction management experience being a plus
-Exceptional planning and organization skills with the ability to manage a number of projects with completing priorities
-A proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, owners and consultants
-Trained and certified in all aspects of construction health and safety
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-Effective and confident Project Manager and Team Leader
-Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook and MS-Project
-Must be available to work and travel within the United States
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
