General Description of Position and Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO FULL-TIME BENFITED NWACC EMPLOYEES.
Responsible for the administration, budget control, and implementation for the PACE grant program, a funded project from the U.S. Department of Labor. This will include
the day to day operations of the program, working closely with contractors including the Arkansas Association of Two Year Colleges, building relationships and oversight of
program implementation at the 22, 2 year colleges in Arkansas, and all oversight and reporting to meet the obligations of the grant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Directs the day to day operations for the PACE project.
2. Supervises over PACE budget and personnel (3 employees).
3. Directs and provides technical support for all PACE partners (institutions and Contractors.
4. Be the primary point of contact for partnering institutions and contractors.
5. Be the primary point of contact for the U.S. Department of Labor including all required reporting obligations.
6. Works closely with institution representatives and contractors to implement all program initiatives and meet grant goals.
7. Works collaboratively with administrators from NWACC, AATYC, and other institutions and agencies to develop strategies to meet all program goals.
8. Provides leadership for program work groups and committees.
9. Collaborates with institution representatives to ensure that all information is collected and correct for all U.S. Department of Labor reports.
10. Reports quarterly to the AVP for Research and Planning regarding program progress and highlights for a report to be given to the Senior VP for Learning and the NWACC President.
11. Performs any other related duties as assigned to meet the obligations of the grant.
SALARY: Commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree (M.B.A., M.A., etc.), plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 3 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
