Dillon Stores Division Position Profile Position Title: Retail Night Stock Clerk Department: Grocery Department Position Reports To: Night Crew Manager and Grocery Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Profile last updated: January 2013 Position Summary: Order, load, and unload truck deliveries and stock all shelves. Essential Job Functions: Load and unload all truck deliveries. Stock all merchandise. Must be able to meet all productivity standards. Keep back room stock areas organized. Face Shelving. Build or tear down displays on end units, promo isles and other display areas. Help maintain sanitation conditions in entire store. Bag and carry out customers groceries. May be required to order merchandise. Able to communicate with customers and associates. Make clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers. Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions. Adhere to company policies & procedures, particularly in the areas of dress code, grooming, sanitation, and maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination.
