Thomas County Economic Development Alliance is looking for a self-motivated, positive and professional individual to fill the Administrative Assistant position. Attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and excellent verbal and written skills are required. Must be able to multi-task and work as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential matters is essential. Experience with Accounting, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Loan and Amortization software is a plus.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
Meet and Greet the public
Maintain Loan Portfolio (process loan applications, prepare loan documents, collect and process payments)
Maintain website with up to date information
Prepare accurate annual and semi-annual reports
Day to Day Accounting (QuickBooks)
Assist Director with research, special projects, and correspondence
Prepare Board packets and take minutes at the monthly Board Meeting
