Description
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program

Experience

Preferred: Prior RN experience in an emergency department setting

Licenses/Certificates

Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act
Current American Heart Association BLS
Current ACLS and PALS (or ENPC) or acquired within first 60 days of employment
Preferred: TNCC, NRP
