Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field. 7 years of dental recruiting experience required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinates extensive multi-state dentist placement hiring and scheduling needs for core and part-time dentists contracted with Ocean Dental. Assesses and promptly addresses perceived and actual relationship issues between the dentist and office staff.
