Description:
ORNL Federal Credit Union, East Tennessee’s Community Credit Union, is seeking a Collection Specialist with a minimum of two years experience in Credit Union or banking collections. Good communication, analytical and follow up skills required. Must be familiar with collection laws and regulations and have the ability to work in a fast pace goal driven environment.
Will be responsible for contacting delinquent account holders by phone and mail and take appropriate action to bring current. Must conduct self in a professional, fair, and lawful manner, to maximize the collection and/or recovery of credit union assets from delinquent or charged off loans.
