Description:
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the management of the Oklahoma commercial lending team, as well as for the development and relationship management of existing business customers. The candidate will direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of Oklahoma Fidelity Bank in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives.Responsibilities will include the acquisition of new business customers resulting in loan and deposit growth, retain and expand existing customer relationships, partner with others to uncover sales opportunities, and to provide a high level of customer service across all areas. In conjunction with the President, the candidate will provide leadership in establishing overall objectives, policies, and plans for the Oklahoma region. The candidate will lead the commercial lending team in the development of integrated sales and relationship management programs that will achieve the desired revenue and profitability goals.Requirements for the position will include an MBA (or equivalent experience), a minimum of 10 years in business and/or commercial banking (with evidence of increasing levels of responsibility), a minimum of 8 to 10 years commercial credit decision-making authority (with a minimum of $10 million or greater), and a successful (proven) track record in sales management.
