Job Summary:
(Includes but not limited to the following): This position is actively involved in patient care (outpatient), seeing new and follow-up patients, with potential for in-patient treatment as well. Supervision of residents and teaching medical students on clinical rotations is also included. Appropriate effort and activity in clinical research and service will also be necessary. This position works 30 hours per week.
Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine is a nationally ranked medical school with a long-standing teaching tradition. The Psychiatry Department is a hospital- and clinic-based (outpatient) program through the OSU Medical Center, College, and affiliated clinics whose patient volume averages 1,300 visits annually.

Degree: M.D. / D.O.
Experience: The successful candidate will have clinical practice skills regarding patient care and preferred teaching experience.
Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses: Requires a D.O. or M.D. degree. Completion of approved residency program in Psychiatry, and eligibility for licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
