Job Summary:
Serve as 4-H and Youth Programs staff specialist and Horticulture 4-H liaison. Provide horticulture programming and training for use in: public schools and 4-H related youth programs via development of educational materials, delivery of training workshops, conferences, short courses, distance education, career events, etc.

Required:
Field of Study:
Horticulture or closely related field
Degree:
Bachelor's
Experience:
One year experience to include volunteer experiences; leadership opportunities, formal or informal teaching situations; working with groups, etc.
Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses:
Current Oklahoma Driver's license
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
Microsoft Office software
Organizational, interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience:
Experience in Cooperative Extension system working with youth, 4-H, etc.
Hiring Range:
$2,250-$3,628/mo;$27,000-$43,536/yr.
