Job Summary:
This position will assist in and support all facets of grounds and building maintenance at Lake Carl Blackwell, including manual labor and equipment operation.

Education and Experience
Required
Degree: High School/GED
Experience: 1 year grounds/building maintenance
Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses: Valid driver license is required before hire
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge: Must be capable of operating power equipment such as mowers, tractors, weed-eaters, motor vehicles. Ability to lift 100 pounds on a consistent basis.
