Shift:
Normal work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Due to events, hours beyond normal work hours will be required.
Hiring Range:
$12.50-$17.50 hr.
Job Summary:
Perform maintenance and repair to facility electrical, HVAC, plumbing, control system, audio/video systems and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Required
Field of Study: Electronical electronic, and mechanical training
Degree Vocational/Technical
Experience: 7 years experience. Must be proficient in electrical, mechanical and audio/video, and general construction trades.
Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses Must have valid Driver License
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge
Knowledge of Federal and State building codes, safety regulations, and workplace practices.
Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights exceeding 100 feet.
Provide event support as assistant to direct supervisor, assuring all facility resources availability.
Preferred
Degree: Bachelor's
Experience: 10 years experience is preferred.
