Hiring Range:
$8.03-$9.23 hr./$1,391-$1,599 mo.
Job Summary:
Responsible for duplication and distribution of documents and monthly accounts receivable. Receives and distributes mail for College. Maintains inventory of duplicating and mailing supplies. Serves as point of contact for operational problems involving thirteen duplicating machines. Provides training on use of machines as needed.
Education and Experience
Required
Degree High School/GED
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge Basic computer skills/word processing. Ability to lift light to moderate packages up to 50 pounds.
Preferred
Degree: High School/GED
Experience: 3-4 years experience related to customer service, production, computerized copiers or other machines.
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge Basic computer/word processing skills. Basic mechanical aptitude. Good communications skills. Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and correctly interpret instructions with little supervision.
