Job Summary:
Responsible for the quality of hot food served. Responsible for the continuous improvement of customer's acceptance and satisfaction of the food served. Includes receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, and presentation of hot foods for multiple menus and running simultaneously.

Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge
Able to follow written and oral instructions, able to organize work and work area for most efficient outcome; operate appropriate equipment for position; know and practice basic safety and sanitation standards; neat clean appearance. Good manual dexterity, able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, able to stand, walk, and work on feet for eight hours daily.
