Job Summary:
Manage the application and placement process for Reciprocal Exchange, National Student Exchange, and Affiliated/Approved Programs for OUTBOUND participants.
Evaluate courses to be taken abroad for OSU equivalence and advise OUTBOUND participants on all aspects of the outbound exchange process.
Manage the application and enrollment process for INBOUND exchange students for both National Student Exchange and Reciprocal Exchange.
Advise and provide initial and continuing orientation for INBOUND exchange students, including both Reciprocal Exchange and National Student Exchange.
Education and Experience
Required
Degree Bachelor's
Experience: 0-6 months related administrative services experience.
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge
High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access; familiarity with standard office equipment.
Good communication and advising skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Preferred
Field of Study: International Relations, Foreign Language, Public Relations, International Business
Degree: Bachelor's
Experience:
International living, study or travel
Experience in a Study Abroad or international office setting.
International experience or interaction with diverse student populations, including international students.
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge
Completion of the OSU Fiscally Fit Program (can be completed after hire)
Good communication skills, including presentation and advising skills.
Hiring Range: $2,070 - $2,500 mo.
