Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the supervision of the service and facilities of Java Dave's at the library. This area of responsibility is a vital one for the efficient and professional management of the facility. Supervise the production of food and drinks which meet the department's quality standards. Responsible for assisting in the training, supervising, motivating and disciplining of employees. Responsible for the financial readiness of the evening shift. Must follow University and Residential Life Cash handling procedures.

Education and Experience
Required
Degree High School/GED
Experience: Two years of Food Service Industry experience. Supervision of front line employees.
Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses Acquire after hire Serve Safe certification, MSDS training.
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge Must have excellent communication skills and ability to supervise and organize a coffee shop/Deli concept. Must be computer literate. Knowledge of proper sanitation and health codes preferred.
