Facility: Stillwater

Shift: Additional work time may be required to meet deadlines or for special events.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Hiring Range:
$11.00 - $14.25/hr

Some in-state and out-of-state travel may be required.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for tracking the academic progress, enrollment status, and NCAA/Big Twelve Conference eligibility of student athletes. Requires a thorough understanding of NCAA athletic eligibility rules and regulations, strict adherence to deadlines set by OSU's NCAA Compliance officer and the Athletic Student Services Center, and a high capacity for attention to detail. Responsibilities include the timely creation of preliminary eligibility reports, certification of NCAA eligibility for competition, mid-year eligibility checks for new athletes, and new transfer eligibility. Assist with graduation checks for all OSU students.

Specific:
Responsibilities include tracking student athlete semester progress forms (SPFs), progress toward degree (PTD) forms, certification progress, enrollment status, documenting a detailed student file, monitoring declaration and/or change of major, tracking new signees, and providing timely eligibility reports to NCAA Compliance. Must adhere to timelines as provided by the Athletics Student Academic Services department and the NCAA Compliance Officer. Assist with graduation checks for all OSU students.
