Description:
O'Neal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to cultivate design & construction project opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing clients. Based in our Raleigh, NC office, this role will develop long-term sales and marketing plans and interact with clients at both the corporate and facility level. Candidates must have 10 years of successful business development experience in a design/build environment, with an extensive understanding of project delivery. Requires BS in Engineering, Construction, or Life Sciences and experience with proposal development, presentations, pricing, and market analysis.
