Description:
The Raleigh office of O'Neal, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to manage the production of design packages for industrial and institutional facilities.
Applicants must have active PE registration and a minimum of ten years of experience with HVAC and utility system design for the Life Sciences industry. Prior experience supervising design professionals and preparing scope and manhour estimates for proposals is required. Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanroom design, industrial ventilation, equipment specifications, construction bid documents, plumbing, and AutoCAD is desired. Applicants must have professional presentation & communication skills, and the ability to develop client relationships and mentor junior design staff.
