Job Description:
Entry level client serving position with responsibility for determining the admission eligibility for juveniles brought to the Pinellas Juvenile Assessment Center (PJAC). Provides initial screening to youth, enters demographic information accurately into PJAC database, and assists in determination of the assessment eligibility process. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to; receiving juveniles, receiving and directing phone inquiries, operating secure door locks, release of juveniles, and following PJAC policies and procedures ensuring the integrity and safety of clients and staff in a locked facility.
Required Skills:
Must posses a basic knowledge of addiction and addiction treatment and be willing to learn.
Required Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. No direct experience required but must posses a valid Florida Drivers License free of recent violations. CBHT a plus. Must pass criminal background screening through C&F and JJ.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Benefits begin after 90 days of initial hire for full time employees
Time off-Operation PAR utilizes PTO (Paid Time Off).
This is designed to provide flexibility to meet the employee's needs.
Accrual begins on the first day of employment, but is not available during the Trial Employment Period
Tuition, Credentialing & Licensing Reimbursement
Operation PAR provides educational, credentialing & licensing assistance. All full time employees are eligible after completing one full year of continuous employment.
Insurance Benefits- Medical, Dental and Vision
Health Insurance is provided by United Health Care. Operation PAR pays 80% of this benefit to it's employees.
Dental & Vision Insurance is provided through Guardian at minimal cost to the employee. There are several plans to choose from.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance is provided through Principal and Operation PAR pays 1X your salary. Additional Life Insurance may be purchased at a minimal cost.
