Job Description
Administrates and coordinates all treatment activities for a large residential program for females and their children. Maintains oversight of all organizational structure to specific division to insure cost-effective, efficient optimal client services. Directs the development and implementation of policies and procedures with appropriate regulatory and budgetary parameters that promote quality client care. Responsible for implementation of the Villige's clinical and administrative treatment services. Responsible for clinical supervision, counseling services and overall clinical philosophy of the treatment facility. Provides in-service training as directed by superiors. Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of program quality improvement and risk management activities. Acts as role model supervisor by maintaining the highest quality professional behavior in interactions with superiors, community, other staff and clients by demonstrating adherence to superior documentation practices.
Required Skills
Must posses full competency in the following eight practice dimensions:Clinical Evaluation, Treatment Planning, Referral, Service Coordination, Counseling Education, Client, Family and Community Education, Documentation and Professional and Ethical Responsibilities. Must also posses age specific knowledge and competencies applicable to adults served.
Required Experience
Must have 5+ years of experience in SA/MH and Adult Treatment Programming. Two years of progressive clinical management experience. Masters Degree in counseling or related field and CAP required. License is preferred.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Benefits begin after 90 days of initial hire for full time employees
Time off-Operation PAR utilizes PTO (Paid Time Off).
This is designed to provide flexibility to meet the employee's needs.
Accrual begins on the first day of employment, but is not available during the Trial Employment Period

Operation PAR provides educational, credentialing & licensing assistance. All full time employees are eligible after completing one full year of continuous employment.

Health Insurance is provided by United Health Care. Operation PAR pays 80% of this benefit to it's employees.
