Job Description:
Responsible for clinical supervision, counseling and overall clinical philosophy of outpatient Methadone treatment facility. Provides support and direct clinical supervision to all staff. Provides in-service training as needed and directed. Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and quality improvement processes. Will split time between our Bradenton and Ft. Myers Clinics.
Required Skills:
Must posses full competency in the following eight practice dimensions: Clinical Evaluation, Treatment Planning, Referral, Service Coordination, Counseling Education, Client, Family and Community Education, Documentation and Professional and Ethical Responsibilities. Must also posses age specific knowledge and competencies applicable to adult clients.
Required Experience:
Must have 5+ years of experience in SA/MH and Adult Treatment Programming. Masters Degree in counseling or related field and CAP required. License is preferred. Must also have experience in Clinical Supervision
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Benefits begin after 90 days of initial hire for full time employees
Time off-Operation PAR utilizes PTO (Paid Time Off).
This is designed to provide flexibility to meet the employee's needs.
Accrual begins on the first day of employment, but is not available during the Trial Employment Period
Tuition, Credentialing & Licensing Reimbursement
Operation PAR provides educational, credentialing & licensing assistance. All full time employees are eligible after completing one full year of continuous employment.

Health Insurance is provided by United Health Care. Operation PAR pays 80% of this benefit to it's employees.
