Responsibilities Include:
Developing and delivering of L&D classes on new promotions, products, operations, service and sales techniques for local stores, regional meeting and all Oreck Team Members. L&D methods used will include: lecture, role-playing, hands-on and technical training form established curriculum. Developing and maintaining product documentation, instructional courses and related materials. Curriculum development topics will include, but are not limited to, sales and customer service techniques, soft skills, operations and professional development courses. The curriculum development portion will require creativity and industry established adult learning principals.
Skills and Experience required:
Minimum 2 year degree required. Minimum 3 years experience in curriculum development and conducting training sessions. Call center or retail/customer service experience is preferred. Original writing sample and PowerPoint instructional presentation sample required. The position requires 2 weeks per month of travel.
