Job Summary:
Recruit, qualify and hire retail sales and customer care positions to meet workforce staffing goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit for sales and customer care positions for a primary location but work as a part of a team responsible for filling field based positions around the country, including customer service and sales
  • Regular travel to client locations
  • Able to manage the recruiting cycle for a high volume of candidates
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process to conclusion
  • Advise and counsel clients with regard to recruitment strategy, process and candidate selection
  • Partner with client base and serve as a point of contact to understand the business and meet the short and long-range staffing requirements
  • Ability to source, screen and interview high volume of candidates for job fairs and open houses, etc.
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Daily recording of recruiting activity in resume management system
  • Responsible for all follow-up and correspondence to internal and external candidates
  • Manage the temporary employment process
  • Participate in recruitment activities, outreach programs, job fairs, open houses, college job fairs, etc.
  • Maintain relationship with hiring managers; travel to locations as needed

  • Assist in determining compensation package using corporate guidelines; present recommendations to hiring managers; extend offers of employment; ensure appropriate correspondence and on-boarding paperwork is completed
  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers to ensure legal compliance of all recruitment selection occurs
  • Providing outstanding client service
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of progressively more complex and directly related recruiting experience required with passive and active candidates including hourly and management positions
  • Demonstrated experience providing consultation and placement to clients
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying and placing applicants in positions
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the company
  • Excellent time management and communication skills required
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Working knowledge of employment law is required
  • Working knowledge of resume tracking systems required
