Industrial Engineer
Job Location: Neenah, WI
Purpose of Position:
Plans utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and personnel to improve efficiency of operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Establish work measurement programs
Analyze work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.
Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reduce waste of materials such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment.
Assignments may involve responsibility for a secondary project or part of a major project.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3-5 years Industrial Engineer background in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be computer literate.
Must have strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
Normal or correctable visual acuity and or hearing
Ability to stand, twist and bend continuously during shift.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion.
