JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently hiring an additional seasonal Air Specialist to join our team. The position involves all aspects of booking air travel for ski vacations whilst working in a call-center environment. Previous experience in a similar position using Apollo/Galileo or alternative GDS is a plus though training can be given to the right applicant. Candidates need to have excellent customer service and telephone skills, be detail -oriented, have good computer skills and be willing to cross-train as necessary. Must be able to attend an interview at PCMR when applying and be able to work through the season - some weekends and holidays will also be required.
