Bachelor Degree and 10 years equivalent experience in Quality and Manufacturing disciplines.
Certified Quality Manager or related industrial recognition.
Demonstrated well-developed business acumen.
10 years minimum of progressive achievement in manufacturing business.
Broad base of assignments in operations with proven results and accomplishment.
Provides direction to the company regarding customer quality requirements and industry standards as necessary to assure outgoing product quality levels are controlled to specification.
Oversees implementation of best practices to control manufacturing and business activities to prevent nonconformance incidents.
Maintain Quality Management Systems through systematic disciplines, which result in sustained industrial certifications.
Constantly evaluates subordinates` performance to pre-established detailed goals and expectations, and develops performance improvement plans where enhanced performance would lead to achieving greater results.
Maintain all Quality documents in an organized, easily retrievable manner.
Works closely with applicable employees to monitor and audit Quality documents to preserve compliance.
Prevent system breakdowns through the use of an effective corrective/preventive action system.
Monitor suppliers for compliance to both purchase order and system requirements.
