A busy construction company is seeking to add an experienced Receptionist to their team! In this position, you will be responsible for answering the phones and directing the calls to the appropriate person, greeting customers and vendors as they enter the lobby, helping job applicants fill out applications as needed, and assisting various office departments with overflow administrative duties.
In order to be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will:
- Have a cheerful, positive outlook and present a professional demeanor to the public.
- Strong ability to multi-task answers the phones and complete administrative duties simultaneously.
- Have 3-5 years experience with MS Excel and Word. Can create spreadsheets, set up formulas and correctly format letters and memos.
