Successful manufacturer of industrial fasteners in Northern Cincinnati is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to the team. This Manager will be responsible for managing overall inside sales activities. In addition to managing the inside sales team, they will develop and implement strategic sales plans, directs sales forecasting activities, sales statistics, and provide data for production scheduling and material requirements.
This is a full management position including directing staffing, training, and performance evaluations, plus budgetary requirements. They will also coordinate the liaison between sales and materials, quality, and manufacturing management.
Associates or Bachelors degree OR 4 years of related customer service experience
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
1 year of supervisory and training experience
Skills in MS Office (excel, word, etc.)
Results driven, with strategic thinking skills and business acumen
