Maintenance Technician - Semiconductors

Job Description:
There is currently an opening for two Maintenance Technicians with an Electronics company in Northern Cincinnati on second shift.
In this role, the company is looking for candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, and knowledge of vacuums ands mechanical and electrical systems. The individuals will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fab manufacturing equipment (Photo, Etch, Metals, Acid/Solvent decks, Sputters, Bonders, Ion Millers and other fab tools); troubleshoot and repair down equipment; work with the Equipment Maintenance group to develop PMs, PM schedules, spares inventory, peer-to-peer training and tool specs to improve and increase equipment uptime; and work with vendors, field service and technical representatives.
Other responsibilities and expectations will include reading and interpreting schematics or drawings, following detailed written instructions pertaining to the rebuild and repair of water fabrication equipment, and knowledge of LOTO protocol, proper chemical handling and understanding MSDS.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have an AAS degree in Electronics or equivalent level of experience and/or training. Company is looking for candidates with Ten plus years fabrication / semiconductor equipment maintenance experience, as well as knowledge of vacuum, mechanical and electrical systems.
