Paint Department Supervisor

Job Description:
We are in urgent need of a Paint Department Manager. Candidate must have a proven hands-on background along with a technical expertise in industrial, commercial or manufacturing painting or coating. Must be experienced with either paint, powder, powder coating or powder paint processes and methods along with the necessary prep, techniques and equipment involved. Familiar with ISO, QS or MIL-Spec environment. Degree is preferred but not required, though technical or professional training is desired.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role (under 20 personnel) in charge of painting processes and materials. Should be experienced with meeting production goals and quotas. Should be familiar with a JIT environment.
