If so, an opportunity to work with an integrated health care system based in east central Ohio is looking for someone to join their team.
The system is a not-for-profit and has over 300 physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the area.
The system is the largest provider in a six county region and a primary referral center.
It offers a higher level of service than what is typically found in a community of its size including open-heart surgery, trauma care, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit, neurosurgery and
comprehensive cancer services.

Facilitates human resources information and processes to ensure appropriate and timely workflow and outcomes. Will facilitate processes in designated area(BENEFITS) of responsibility and may include benefits, employment, performance evaluation, workers compensation and/or employee relations.
Facilitates employee benefits including enrollment, new hire processing, employee education, etc. and maintains positive relationship with third party administrators.
May provide assistance in areas such as employee relations, compensation, workers compensation, or others areas as directed by leadership.
Maintains knowledge of regulatory standards impacting designated work area and procedures.
Serves as a resource to assistants in project initiatives such as open enrollment, new hire processing and transfers, JPEDs, policy changes, etc.
Identifies when additional resources, supplies, etc. may be warranted.
Prepares documents, reports, policies, correspondence, and other HR data on a daily basis to facilitate all current HR processes.
Uses PeopleSoft, Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes programs on a daily basis to complete assigned work.
Associates Degree in applicable field or equivalent HR experience.
At least 2 years of benefits administration experience needed (general HR experience has no value)
Health care experience a plus but not required
Reports to Benefits & Compensation Manager (very personable, easy-going)
Will work under direct supervision of the Senior Benefits HR Consultant
Office space is shared between HR Consultant and Sr Consultant
The position offers a salary range between 34-42K. The facility offers excellent benefits.
